As a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am seeking a trainer who can provide personalized guidance to improve my overall physical health. Regarding the preferred location, I am open to practicing at my home or I am willing to travel to your studio if it is nearby in Ashiyana Sector K, Lucknow. I plan to start yoga classes within a month and would appreciate a trainer who understands my specific fitness needs.
