Being above 25 years of age, I am eager to start sessions immediately to focus on this art form for personal enrichment and fitness. Since I am based in Gomtinagar, Lucknow, I am open to either hosting a teacher at my home or traveling to a nearby location for lessons. Finding a trainer who can accommodate a monthly budget of Rs 3000 to Rs 6000 is important for me to maintain consistency.
