Living in Sushant Golf City Lucknow, I am seeking a dedicated instructor for home sessions to help me achieve increased energy and better flexibility. My goal is to use these classes as a remedy for body pains and a way to practice effective stress relief while improving my immunity. Since I fall into the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am looking for someone who can tailor the practice to my specific needs as a female student.
