Since I am in the 14 to 21 years old age group, I am looking for someone who can guide me through the specific postures and breathing techniques effectively. My primary goal for these sessions is General Fitness to improve my overall health and flexibility. I am specifically interested in taking these sessions via online classes as I am based in Shivgarh, Lambhua. I am planning to start these yoga classes within a month and would appreciate a trainer who understands my specific requirements as a male student.
