My main goal is to focus on general fitness through consistent practice. I am very flexible regarding the mode of instruction and am happy to arrange sessions at my home, travel to your studio, or participate in online classes depending on your preference. Since I have a strong interest in becoming a certified yoga instructor myself, I am looking for a professional who can guide me effectively.
