I am searching for an experienced instructor to conduct Ashtanga Yoga training through online classes to help improve his immunity. Since we reside in Penugolanu, Krishna, virtual sessions are the most convenient way to integrate this practice into his routine. My goal is to start these sessions within a month and ensure he receives a certification of completion at the end of the course to track his progress.
