Developing a strong foundation in physical health and discipline is my priority for my son who falls in the 5 to 13 years old age group. We are currently based in Villoonni, Kottayam and are searching for a dedicated instructor to provide online classes focused on Ashtanga Yoga for general fitness. Since he is still young, we require a patient trainer who can engage a male student effectively. It is important that the sessions are structured and culminate in a certification of completion to track his progress.
