Developing a strong foundation in physical health and coordination is my goal for my son who is between 2 to 5 years old. Living in Thevally, Kollam, I prefer online classes that can introduce him to the basics of Ashtanga Yoga in a gentle way. The primary purpose of this training is to improve his overall flexibility and instill healthy habits early on. Since we are planning to start these sessions within a month, I am looking for a qualified trainer who can provide a certification of completion at the end of the course to track his progress.
