Since we have a diverse age group participating, including children under 10, teenagers between 10 and 15, youth aged 16 to 25, and adults above 25, we require an instructor who can accommodate different fitness levels effectively. We are located in New Town, Kolkata and are happy to travel to your location or arrange sessions at our home.
