I am looking for an experienced yoga teacher in Howrah, Kolkata to guide me through various forms including Hatha, Power, Ashtanga, Kriya, Kundalini, Patanjali, and Thai Yoga. I am a male between 22 and 50 years old seeking instruction to help with general fitness, increased energy, improved immunity, and better flexibility. I am open to meditation sessions as well. I am looking for a tutor who can conduct sessions at my home, and I am also happy to travel or attend online classes depending on your convenience.
