I'm looking for a yoga tutor in Ballygunge, Kolkata to help me with general fitness. I'm not sure about the preferred yoga style, so I'm open to suggestions. As a male student in the above 50 years age group, I need someone experienced and patient. I prefer the classes to be at my home or I am willing to travel. I plan to start immediately.
