I am looking for a personal yoga teacher to help with weight loss through regular practice at Elliot Place, Kolkata. I am a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old and would like to start these sessions within the next month. I am flexible with the training venue, as I am happy to have the yoga classes at my home or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio if required. Although I have not yet decided on a specific style, I am keen to focus on techniques that support my weight loss goals.
