Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I am eager to find a Yoga instructor experienced in Yoga Meditation, available for classes in New Alipore, Kolkata. I'm a female student, and along with some other students ages range from 22-50 years old. My goals for the classes are to achieve increased energy, weight loss, and stress relief, as well as find a remedy for body pains and improve immunity.
