Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking to improve my overall well-being through yoga. I'm a male above 50 years old residing in New Alipore Buroshibtalla, Kolkata, and I'd like the classes to be held at my home, though I am willing to travel as well. My goals include weight loss, stress relief, achieving general fitness, finding a remedy for body pains, and boosting my immunity for increased energy and better flexibility.
