Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a yoga instructor in Bijoygarh, Kolkata. I'm a female student in the 14-21 age group. I am open to both home sessions or willing to travel to the instructor. My preferred yoga styles are Power Yoga and Hatha Yoga. I'm planning to start yoga classes within a month. The purpose of the yoga class is for remedy for body pains, stress relief, general fitness, and weight loss. Please drop a message if you can help.
