I'm a female, above 50 years old, and need a yoga instructor for classes at my home in Alipore, Kolkata. My goals include increased energy, improved immunity, relief from body pains, stress relief, better flexibility, weight loss, and general fitness. I'm not sure about the yoga style that suits me.
