As a male in the age group of 22 to 50 years, my primary goals are to achieve better flexibility and increased energy levels. I am currently open to different yoga styles as I am not entirely sure which approach would suit me best. I am looking for a trainer who can conduct sessions at my home in New Town, Kolkata, though I am also willing to travel or participate through online classes if necessary.
