Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, finding the right yoga instructor has become a priority. I need someone to conduct yoga classes at My Home in Naktala, Kolkata, primarily for General Fitness, but also to help with Remedy for Body pains, Increased energy, and to Improve immunity. I'm not entirely sure about the Preferred Yoga Style, so someone with experience guiding beginners would be great.
