Developing a strong foundation in physical health and coordination for my daughter is my top priority. Since she is in the 2 to 5 years age group, I am seeking an experienced instructor who can introduce general fitness through playful activities. We are located in South Dumdum, Kolkata and prefer that sessions take place at our home to make the experience comfortable for her. While I am not sure which specific yoga style would be best, I am looking for someone who specializes in working with very young children. I am planning to start these classes immediately to keep her active and engaged.
