Developing a strong foundation in physical health and coordination for my young son is a priority for me. My 2 to 5 years old boy needs an instructor to guide him through basic movements and general fitness routines. Since I am located in Kamalgachi, Kolkata, I prefer that the sessions take place at my home for convenience. Although I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, the focus should be on age-appropriate activities that are engaging and safe. I am looking to start these classes immediately to help build his motor skills and overall wellbeing.
