Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness for my 2 to 5 year old son is my current priority. He is at an active age where structured movement would be incredibly beneficial for his growth. My goal is to find an experienced instructor who can help him improve his flexibility and boost his overall energy and immunity through gentle practice. Since he is a male toddler in the age group of 2 to 5 years old, I am looking for someone who specializes in working with children. I am located in Chandi Ghosh Road, Kolkata, and I am open to home visits or traveling to your location as needed. I am eager to start these sessions immediately.
