Developing a healthy lifestyle for my child is a top priority, which is why I am searching for an experienced yoga instructor to train my son, aged between 5 and 13 years old. The primary focus of these sessions will be weight loss and increasing energy levels through regular practice. Since I live in Joka Kolkata, I am open to either home tuition or traveling to a nearby location for these classes. I am hoping to start these sessions immediately to help build a strong physical foundation.
