I am seeking a dedicated yoga instructor to conduct sessions at our home in Kaikhali Biman Nagar, Kolkata. My main goal is to introduce him to a routine that acts as a remedy for body pains, improves his flexibility, and boosts his general fitness levels. While I am not sure about a specific style of yoga, I am open to suggestions that suit his age group.
