Developing a strong foundation in physical health and wellness is my priority for my son who falls in the 5 to 13 years age group. I am seeking a dedicated yoga instructor to conduct sessions at my home in Dumdum Kolkata to help him achieve general fitness. While we are not sure about a specific yoga style yet, the goal is to introduce him to a routine that is engaging and suitable for his age. We are planning to start these classes within a month and are also open to traveling to a nearby location if that works better for the teacher.
