We are located in Sahapur Main Road Kolkata and are seeking a dedicated professional to provide training at our home. Alternatively, we are willing to travel for the right instructor. The primary purpose of these sessions is to help her achieve better flexibility, stress relief, increased energy, improved immunity, and overall general fitness. While we are currently not sure about the specific yoga style, we are eager to begin immediately.
