As a female learner in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am seeking a professional instructor to guide me through sessions aimed at finding a remedy for chronic body pains and improving general fitness. Since I am based in Tollygunge, Kolkata, I am open to a mix of My Home visits and online classes to suit my schedule. I am not yet sure about the specific style of yoga to pursue, so I value an expert who can suggest the best approach for my needs. I plan to start these sessions within a month.
