I'm looking for a yoga instructor in Alipore, Kolkata to help me with general fitness and weight loss. I prefer classes at My Home. My Gender of Student is Female, and I'm between 22 and 50 years old. I am looking to Plan to start Yoga Classes Immediately. While I'm Not Sure about the Preferred Yoga Style, I am open to suggestions from the instructor.
