I am looking for an experienced instructor to guide me through Yoga Meditation sessions for stress relief. As a 14 to 21 years old female student, I find that a dedicated yoga practice would greatly help me manage my daily pressures. I am flexible regarding the learning format as I am open to taking sessions at my home in Santoshpur, Kolkata, willing to travel to a nearby studio, or participating in online classes. I am planning to start these yoga classes immediately and would prefer someone who can tailor the techniques to my specific needs.
