As a male student aged 14 to 21 years old I am interested in focusing on general fitness weight loss and increasing my energy levels. I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet so I would appreciate guidance from an expert who can design a program tailored to my needs. I am looking to start these yoga classes immediately.
