As a male student aged above 50 years, I am seeking someone who can tailor sessions to my specific needs and physical comfort. I am not sure about a particular yoga style yet, so I would appreciate a professional who can guide me on the best approach for my age group. I prefer sessions at my home in Gopalpur I Bablatala, Kolkata, but I am also willing to travel to a nearby studio if necessary.
