I am a female student and I am eager to start my yoga journey immediately to focus on weight loss, general fitness, stress relief, and increasing my daily energy levels. I am currently not sure about a specific yoga style and am open to expert recommendations based on my needs. Since I am in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am looking for someone who can guide me effectively. I am happy to learn at my home or I am willing to travel for the sessions if necessary.
