As a female student in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am focused on achieving weight loss, finding a remedy for body pains, increasing my energy levels, improving general fitness, and gaining better flexibility. While I am not sure about the specific yoga style to follow, I am open to your expert guidance to create an effective routine. I am located in Sector II Salt Lake, Kolkata and am happy to accommodate sessions at my home or I am willing to travel to your studio if nearby.
