I am currently looking for an experienced and professional Power Yoga instructor in the Mahatma Gandhi Road area of Kolkata to guide me through a personalized fitness journey. As a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am specifically interested in Power Yoga to help me improve immunity, increase my energy levels, provide a remedy for body pains, and aid in stress relief while working toward general fitness goals. Regarding the location, I am comfortable with sessions at my home or I am willing to travel to your studio depending on the arrangements.
