I am looking for an experienced and knowledgeable yoga instructor to help me start my wellness journey in New Town, Kolkata within a month. As a male student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am seeking a practitioner who can provide expert guidance in Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Sutra Studies. My primary goals include achieving stress relief, increasing energy levels, improving my overall immunity, and finding a natural remedy for persistent body pains. While I am not sure about the specific yoga style yet, I am very open to recommendations that suit my needs.
