Being a male student above 50 years of age, I am looking for someone who can help me achieve general fitness, provide a remedy for body pains, support weight loss, and offer effective stress relief techniques. I am interested in exploring various styles including Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Patanjali Yoga, Yoga Meditation, and Kriya Yoga. I am flexible with the location as I am willing to travel to your studio or have you visit my home.
