I am actively looking for an experienced and dedicated yoga instructor in Kalighat, Kolkata who can help me with my practice. I am a female student aged between 22 and 50 years old, and I need a professional to guide me through Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Bikram Yoga. My main purpose for these classes is to find a natural remedy for persistent body pains and to achieve effective stress relief. I am very motivated to begin my journey and plan to start these yoga classes immediately. I am open to either taking sessions at my home or I am willing to travel to your studio if it is nearby.
