As a male student aged above 50 years, my primary goal is achieving weight loss through consistent practice. I am currently based in Rajarhat Action Area IID, Kolkata and am looking to start yoga classes immediately. While I am not sure about the specific yoga style to follow, I need a trainer who can suggest the best approach for my age and health needs.
