I am looking for an experienced yoga instructor to conduct sessions at my home near Jadavpur University in Kolkata. As a male student aged above 50 years, I am eager to start my practice within a month to focus on general fitness, better flexibility, and increased energy levels. I am also specifically looking for professional guidance to help improve immunity and provide a remedy for body pains that I have been experiencing. I am not sure about a preferred yoga style yet, so I would appreciate an instructor who can assess my needs and design a suitable plan for my age group.
