I am looking for a professional and patient yoga teacher to conduct sessions at my home in Dum Dum Park, Kolkata. As a female student above 50 years of age, my primary focus is to achieve general fitness, increase my energy levels, and find effective stress relief techniques. I am also interested in yoga practices that can improve my immunity and overall flexibility. Since I am not yet sure about the best yoga style for my needs, I would appreciate a tutor who can guide me through the right techniques.
