I am looking for a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor to guide me in my fitness journey. As a male student aged above 50 years, I am currently seeking a professional who can help me achieve general fitness, improve my immunity, and gain increased energy. I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet and would appreciate expert guidance in choosing the right practice for my age group. I am based in Behala, Kolkata and am very keen to start these yoga classes immediately. I am open to practicing at my home or I am willing to travel to your studio depending on the arrangement.
