I am looking for a professional and patient yoga instructor to provide personalized sessions for my fitness and well-being. As a female student above 50 years, I am specifically interested in learning Hatha Yoga to address body pains and improve my general fitness. My goals also include weight loss and achieving increased energy levels. I am comfortable with both My Home sessions or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio if located within Chandi Ghosh Road, Kolkata.
