I am looking for a professional and dedicated yoga instructor to conduct sessions at my home in Howrah, Kolkata. As a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am eager to practice various styles including Iyengar Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Hatha Yoga to support my wellness journey. My primary goals for these classes are achieving increased energy, better flexibility, and general fitness while finding a natural remedy for body pains and stress relief. I also hope to improve my immunity through consistent practice. Although I am not sure about the exact start date and just want to look at options, I would love to hear from qualified trainers who can guide me effectively.
