At this stage of my learning, I am keen to start Hatha Yoga classes to address multiple needs. I am looking for a Yoga instructor who can come to My Home in DAKSHIN JAGATDAL, Kolkata, though I am also willing to travel. My primary goals are to find a remedy for Body pains, improve my General Fitness, and support Weight loss. I am Female and Above 50 years old. I plan to start these Yoga Classes Immediately.
