Developing a strong foundation in Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Sutra Studies is my primary objective at this stage. As a female student in the 14- 21 years old age group, I am specifically seeking an instructor capable of teaching Hatha Yoga with a deep focus on the theoretical and philosophical aspects of the practice. Although I am currently based in Bhawanipore, Kolkata, I prefer conducting all sessions through online classes to ensure flexibility. I am planning to start these sessions within a month and would appreciate a structured approach to learning the ancient texts.
