I am searching for a dedicated yoga teacher in Radhamadhab Dutta Garden Lane, Kolkata to guide me through Ashtanga Yoga, Kriya Yoga, and Hatha Yoga sessions. As a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, my primary goals include achieving better flexibility, significant weight loss, improved immunity, and higher energy levels for general fitness. I am flexible with the learning environment and am comfortable with classes at my home, traveling to your location, or participating in online classes.
