My training interests also extend to specialized areas such as dessert making, salad preparation, tandoori techniques, and Jain-friendly dishes. Since I plan to start immediately, I am flexible regarding the learning environment and am comfortable with online classes, sessions at my home in Salkia, Kolkata, or traveling to a location nearby.
