I am looking for a personal yoga tutor for Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga classes in Beechagondahalli, Kolar. As a female student above 50 years, I require these sessions at my home, though I am also willing to travel to a nearby location. My primary goals for joining these classes are stress relief, better flexibility, general fitness, and increased energy levels. I am not looking for any professional certification. I am planning to start these yoga sessions within a month and would prefer a patient instructor who can guide me through these practices safely.
