I am a female in the 22-50 years old age group, and am looking for someone to conduct yoga classes, preferably at my home or I am willing to travel. Although I'm not sure about the specific yoga style, my main goal is to achieve increased energy. I am planning to start within a month in Kakkanad, Kochi.
