Balancing my daily responsibilities and my son's studies, I'm looking to find a qualified yoga instructor to conduct classes at my home in Kakkanad, Kochi. My son is a Male in the 5-13 years-old age group. We are planning to start the yoga classes immediately. The purpose of yoga class would primarily be for Stress Relief, to Improve immunity, and for General Fitness. We are not sure about any Preferred Yoga Style at the moment.
