Improving the overall physical and mental wellness of my child is currently my primary focus. As a parent living near the Cochin Special Economic Zone in Kochi, I am searching for a dedicated instructor to provide online classes for my daughter, who falls in the 5 to 13 years age group. Since she is currently at the stage of building habits, I would like to focus on general fitness, better flexibility, and improving immunity. We are not yet set on a specific yoga style and are open to expert guidance to find what works best for her. My plan is to start these sessions within a month to ensure consistency in her routine.
